Tiles Adhesives packaging series
The products are targeted to a design-wise audience, as opposed to more traditional building materials. At the same time, it was essential for the brand to have a strong and bold identity, to set it apart from the competition. To make each pack of adhesives distinctive, tile elements were incorporated in the design, creating dynamic shapes and using vivid color combinations, playing upon the classic black and white tile pattern. The 1970s were a source of inspiration, correlating with the heritage of the mother-brand. Specifically for the tile grout range, a different design approach was used, focusing on the technical aspect of packaging, to minimize costs. Since the product itself is colored, and printing color was not cost-effective, the actual package contents were used to achieve color coding. Semi-transparent white background with alternating opacity of the color white enabled the differentiation of each product, maintaining a clean, straightforward design.
